4x4, BOMBed Cummins, big rubber and lift? I'd look at EVERYTHING.
Wheel bearings, frame around the steering box for cracks, tie rods, ball joints, track bar, steering box, brakes, clutch, engine codes,..........
Personally, I'd probably avoid it since I don't know the guy. But, if he is very particualar on everything (near mint), it'd probably be OK. Neglected, RUN!
