2001 ccd in the overhead truck wont start

So I would love some answers this is what happened started the truck to move it. It was cold backed out of my driveway put it in gear let the clutch out and it died but the truck was cold so I tried to start it back up all it would do is click tried to jump it disconnected batt terminals then reconnected and it would turn over but not start and it said CCD in the overhead whick i think means chrysler crash detect. My odometer flashes none of my guages even move. my juice monitor says 0.0 volts but the truck turns over. i bought a scan tool it wont connect just says error
