Friend has question about truck.

A friend is looking at a few trucks, and asked me to help him find a good deal. He's looked a few, one of which is a 98.5 Dodge 2500. It's a 24 valve, 5 speed. 188,000 miles. ext cab long bed. 4x4. power everything. etc etc. aftermarket wheels and tires. straight pipe. gauges. clean title. Guy is asking $10,000. That about right?

I know it's got a pyro boost and fuel pressure gauge. Not sure about lift pump.

if it has factory lift pump and decent pressure vp should be ok. if fuel pressure is low then a vp will be needed and being first year vp truck I would think it could be had for less. there are a lot of trucks out there for sale
