Is it a good buy?

So I found a 2001 super cab short box 5spd. It has AD150, SB DD, II Hotrod pump, BD 66MM Turbo, and I think an Edge chip but not sure, 8in bull horn stacks powder coated black. It has new brakes, balljoints and is in real nice shape for 180k on it. He wants 9k says that's what he has put into in mods. What do you guys think?

4x4 or 2wd? have your driven it and do you like listening to the stacks? for a daily driver I think a stack is hard to deal with but that's personal preference. I would say if it's 4x4 it's a good deal. does it have a good size set of injectors to make the turbo spool? what about head studs?

01 quad cab 4x4, edge drag comp, 4" exhaust, fass 150, 250 ddps, Jefferson State compounds 683hp so vp 11.91. AMSOIL front to rear. now back to stock 95 fummins in the works

It is 4x4 and no stock injectors that's the on thing he hasn't done and I will have to ask about studs. The stacks wont bother me personally I like them. I still need to drive hopefully get to in a few days.

I would think a 66mm would be laggy on stock injectors. I would also ask if he has reciepts for the parts and ask who did the work. Also check all the fluids as they tell you alot.

A 66 charger on that setup? Would be beyond laggy................. Needs more fuel for that pig.

Depending on how it has been driven, I'd a bit leary of it. Could be a money pit.

i got 100hp injectors on a 66mm its about 4 seconds lag time from dead stop to the time it starts to light up and lights up around 2000rpms so stock injectors maybe 2500rpms lol and mine rolled the coal hard before it lit up
