Ways to clean your intercooler in the truck

Anyone have any good ways to clean the intercooler while its still installed? Dont really feel like draining the coolant and the rest of the un-installing. Thanks.

90' 1 Ton Dodge Diesel 4x4 Stock 12v. 5-speed Getrag. Custom 6'' Alcan Springs. 35'' Toyos.
