Need inputs please

I need inputs on what I should do I currently own a 1998 dodge ram2500 4x4 extended cab 12 valve with 250,000miles it has some dents and dings and very little rust on the bottom of the doors has aftermarket exhaust, cold air intake, air intake manifold, fuel plate.has tow mirrors led taillights and 3rd brake light cab lights hid headlights. Has brand new tires put on 2 months ago has new batteries, water pump, belts, starter, hydro boost lines, steering gearbox, brakes, rotors, harmonic balancer. So what I'm getting at is I have 4500 wrapped up in it since I bought it. My question is should I sell it for a newer dodge like 05-07 or keep it (even tho it needs body work and tranny upgrade).I'm looking to get if I sell it 05-07 that gets better fuel mileage and newer are my main concers. And if I should sell it what is it worth I looked on Kelly blue book but people tell me a 98 12 valve is rare so in its condition and givin everything I have done to it and fixed what's a round about number to sell for if I decide too. Thanks any questions for me just post them up I'll answer as soon as I can

i'd keep it. a newer truck wont be any better in my opinion. Plus with that many miles you wont get much out of it even with all the upgrades. n its hard to beat a p pump 12 valve! The tranny will probably be the only major problem you'll have.

99 cummins, 5-speed, edge comp, speedhut guages, fass 150 system, s&b cold air intake, ces two piece manifold, 5 inch straight exhaust with a 6 inch tip, 5 inch superlift, 4:10 gears, dynatrack lock in lock outs, 35x14.50 thornbirds on 16.5x12 mickey tompson classic 2's, alpine head unit, 1600 watt amp, 2 12 inch subs
