Quadzilla problems

So my buddy has been up all night trying to figure something out that is related to his tuner. I am supposed to go help him on a job and just talked to him on the phone.

Not sure his exact problem as the 'loading a tune' and such from a computer is something way over my head as far as with a 24v goes, I didnt know such a programmer existed for them.

Anyhow if anyone knows a phone number for tech support for them, he cannot find it, as all he can find is an email.

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

Id try to find out more on exactly what the problem is, though his phone was about to die and yeah... seemed kinda complex to me...

quad has the ablity to PATCH or UPDATE their programers,
it a rare occurance but they have the provision for it.

great company....really stand behind their products....worst case
theyll take it back and make it right for 'em.
