2002 Dodge to 1971 Jeep lots of ?'s

I bought a 2002 Dodge RAM2500 that was rolled over to put the engine into my 1971 Jeep J4000 dually. Going to need some help and information. I'm going from an automatic to a manual and I want to swap it over to fully mech injection. So I am going to need to know what I will need for parts and from where I would best find those parts. I'm sure I'll have many more questions as I go through this project.

Get a 12 valve donor motor.
you will need timing case and timing (pump gear)
Pump, injector lines( have to go custom)
Flex plate, trans adapter plate. clutch.

So idealy try and find a 12V in or from a manual trans'd rig that was blown up would be better then buying new or reman stuff?

Any certain years, models, ect to avoid?

New stuff will cost more, really its up to you. Id stick with 94-98 as i doubt you want a VE pump.

Do I have to worry about this block "53" concern? Its a 2002. Build bate 4 of 2002 and says Vehicle made in mexico?

The vin is: 3B7KF26642M285875.

The MDH is: 040216.

The PNT is: PSB.

The TRM is: R1AZ.

I crawled all over this truck but can't find the casting numbers any place on it. It seems the 50 series engines are easily spotted? And the Mexico engines are hard to find or make out the numbers?

From what this site says the numbers should be on the right side of the block bleow the turbo/oil filter area... Another website says they are on the left side above where the oil pan bolts up. I can't find any large 2 digit numbers at all.

Any thoughts? Am I missing something?
