Convertor problem

I had just bought a TC from a guy I know. He had an extra TC and asked if I wanted it so, I did. The problem is he bought it from a tranny place is Washington state and can't find the reciept on it. He swears up and down that it is a Suncoast Convertor. Well, I called suncoast and they said that it wasn't their TC. There is some numbers kind of by the input shaft, but they said it didn't match their numbers. Don't know what to do......

99 Dodge Ram 2500, edge drag comp stacked with mads smarty, Hi tech 64 turbo, nx nitrous, AFE brute force, FASS 150 fuel system, mach 4 injectors, suncoast billet tranny, autometer gauges, 5" straight pipe , 6" tip.

Boys and their DIESEL toys!
And their NEVER fast enough!

I know this sounds dumb, but what color is the converter? The big boys all each use a certain color.

Well, the TC is gray. Yeah the guy had the tranny work in washinton, but said that the TC company was out of florida. Suncoasts website the TC is exactly the same by the picture.
