Question from ford owner

Hey guys need alittle info.Guy i work with has an 02 with the super chips micro tuner and open air filter.i forget what setting he has on the super chips and he only has a pyro gauge.
problem he is telling me is when he is doing 70-75 mph full throttle the truck will lose power,he has to back out of it for a minute then will be fine until he gets into it hard again.
Now do the dodges defuel like the fords do with overboost if not what should be looked at.

thanks
kenny

It shouldn't have one. You have to plug into the map sensor to do that. The smarty might, but smarty is a whole different animal than the Superchips. he is also probably getting to the top end of his fueling curve at that point anyways, unless the superchips bumps that up a little bit too.
