6 spd

how much power do you guys think the 6 spd in my 02 will hold up to and would something like a hays super brute truck clutch be a good idea? i had one in my old chevy and it worked awsome you just cant really slip em it seemed tograb really hard

Kind of depends on how you or the previous owner drove it. If they slipped it alot or it has a lot of miles on it, that could factor in how much added hp it can hold up too.

it was grandpa owned it towed a sm trailer once and a while but it was a grocery getter and i try not to slip the clutch at all cause of the 106,000 miles

It would probably hold up to a box like the Edge Comp on the lower levels, but will tend to slip on the higher levels. If you plan on doing more than a box i'd look into a Southbend clutch.
