My friends FASS did the same thing. I don't even know what the deal was. Same thing, we were getting on the freeway one night, and his gauge pegged 0. It did it a couple more times, when he'd get on it hard too. We stopped filled up, and it stopped happening. I don't think its happened since either. How full was your tank?

Well, it can and will do damage to your pump, but honestly in that short of an amount of time I think the worst damage you would cause would be to the metering diaphram. Is the FASS whining more than usual. It could be time to change your filters, or there could be some kind of obstruction.

no they are not whining more that usual but at first i couldnt get it to prime when i turned the truck on so i messed around with it a little bit and now it seems to work better that that one night i'm going to check a couple things tonight when i get home and see what the deal is. but i will check my fuel filters and check my lines and see what i come up with. im almost temped to buy a new fuel pump and injector pump.
