NV5600 Oil.

The NV5600 which is the 6sp they put behind the HO Cummins I believe. Just wondering what kind of Oil type you're suppose to use. Curoius that's all, I don't have one or anything. But there is one for sale locally.

I know in the NV4500 you must use a GL-4 rated oil because of synchro breakdown. I believe in the NV5600 you are allowed to use a GL-5 rated oil which is easy to find. The GL-4 is not available on the shelf and generally has to be ordered. Get with SoGrand, he can tell you for sure which one to use. I run Royal Purple in my 4500 which is a GL-4/GL-5 rated oil.

The oil we sell and recomend is Castrol Syntec. I have it in bulk and can sell it for 11.00 a quart. I recomend changing fluid around 25,000 miles if you are towing over the road every day and heavy. If not then around 40,000. I have some stuff coming down the line that Bill knows about and will share it with you guys when i get it. I hope the begining of August i will be able to share it with you.
