Bummer. If you really want to support your mods or plan on increasing them. I would suggest looking into an Aeromotive A1000. That seems to be the hot ticket pump that people building high HP trucks are using most.

Just curious, when did you buy your fass? Is it the full system or just the pump?
I'm just wondering, because the old style FASS motors had problems wearing out the brushes. They switched to a new brushless motor about 2years ago I believe.

That really sucks. The filteration rocks on that thing, just to have a weak pump.

You have a 4 year warranty on the FASS if you sent the registration in...mine has been reliable, but there is always a bad one sometimes.

FASS is a stand up company to deal with and they'd help you out in a minute !!

My first question without knowing anything else would be to ask if you've serviced the filters recently?

Secondly, did you use a draw straw ? They've been known to collapse.

Seriously, contact FASS ( Diesel Performance ? ) They'll definately help you out and quickly too.
