tranny wont shift

Hi there,
I was a member a couple years ago and got married, changed my e mail and lost all my password and user name, but i relisted and i have a question. I have an 01 ctd auto 4x4 with 85,000 miles. at 36,500 miles the transducer and governor switch went out in my tranny causing it not to down shift in to 2nd. I could manually shift in to 2nd but not 1st. Now it started again and i replaced the switches again and it didnt work. when the tranny is cold it will do fine but when it gets heated up it will act up. I talked to sun coast and a local tranny shop and both said that the computer must have codes. I went to my dodge dealership and they said that there will be no codes if the check engine light is not on. I just sat in the truck and turned the key on and off three times and ( p pcu) came up on the screen where the odometer is. What does this mean and how do i fix it. Ill fill in my info and put a pic of my 3.9 cummins tj jeep tommorrow.
thanks
Cory
