Question 12Valves?

Did dodge make any 12 valve engines after 98?

In trucks no, although I am fairly certain they still produced 12v industrial engines for various applications.

They still make the industrial, becuse we have a 2005 agco spyder sprayer and it runs the 12v. I have also seen 12v's on some newer front end loaders.

Yea AGCO has been running a Cummins exclusivly for about 6 or 7 years now I think...I saw an ad for one of their larger tractors (like a JD 6k series) and it was running the 5.9 600 series...and you can still buy a crate motor i believe

The 6BT was actually developed as a joint venture with Case/Cummins for use solely in Case construction equipment back in the early 80's. Obviously, it has since spread out to other manf.

Isn't it older than that? I could have soarn I seen box trucks with 4BT's from the 70's. Not for sure on that one. I thought it got started out in mining too.
