Where can I get a bedcover like that? What keeps the stacks from burning it?

it seems to be just a regular snap on bed cover. i use to have on on my truck with 2 6" stack in the middle. i cut 2 7" holes in the cover. the exhaust got hot but not hot enough to burn or melt the cover. i also had min ran into a box instead of a y-pipe. that might had helped keep the heat down i dunno.
