4x4 Conversion

I have 2002 2500 Cummins 4x4, when i bought the truck the front axle was bent and so i replaced it with a 3500 axle. But the new axle has a vaccum disconnect (pump) on the passenger side of the truck to engage the 4x4, which my old axle did not. I was wondering if any of you guys have had to mess with any of this and could tell me what i need to look for or get to hook the vaccum up to run 4x4. Thanks for yals help!

I think there is a kit to just get rid of the CAD system. I thought I saw it in Diesel Power mag but it doesn't seem to be in the latest issue though.

I'm not for sure if you can get a CAD system to hook up on your 2002.
