Problems with juice

Anybody had a problem with there Edge juice. If I have mine on stock the truck runs very smooth. If I turn it up to level 1 or any of the levels for that matter it causes my truck to miss really bad only when feeding fuel to it. If your just cruising down the road it runs fine. As soon as you feed alittle fuel just to mattain speed it starts to miss. If you turn the attitude down to stock it will not do it. Edge said they would check it out but they want everything box ,attitude, wire harness. Just woundering if anyone else has had the same sort of trouble before I rip it all out and send it back.

Typical of Edge... They want to be sure its not the wiring or anything so they want it all back... I had to do the same for my Edge Comp...

It's not your fuel pressure dropping to low is it? You truck will cut out for sure if it isn't getting fuel.

2000 CTD, HOT Juice w/Attitude, Smarty, Mach 2 injectors (105 HP), 4" exhaust, BHAF, SB Clutch, FASS 150 ARP 12mm studs, stage 3 snow kit.

2008 f350/96 cummins in the works.

What is a good fuel pressure? If the truck is stock isnt it around 5 to 7 psi. I hear alot of people saying not to let it go below 10psi or you will damage the pump. The stock lift pump does not put out that much. I have a BD lift pump and my fuel pressure at an idle is around 18psi and when I driving down the road at a normal cruising speed it is about 14 to 16psi. If I get in to it it will drop to 8 to 10psi, but when it does this miss thing the fuel pressure is around 12 to 16psi. So I'm very confused because it doesnt do it all the time.

Right out of Dodge/Cummins Factory Service Manuals...

Minimum lift pump pressure is 10 PSI @ WOT

My fuel pump...

I am able to keep above 10 PSI without any problems up to 380 HP... :

What Year is your truck and How many miles are on it? I ahve a 2000 Dodge 2500 with 139,000 miles and when I installed my edge it shutters when the torque Converter try to lock up or when you are driving and Start to give it gas it will start to hick up and shake.... Everything I have found it sounds like we are having Tranny issues.

2000 Ford F250 ext cab 4x4 6 spd. PHP tuned, Glow shift gauges ( fuel, egt, boost), B and W turnover ball, Tymar intake, 5 inch mbrp exhaust w/ 6 inch tip.

Mine is an 01 5 speed with about 96,000 miles. I been paying really close attention to the fuel pressure and it will do this miss anywhere from 10 to 15 16 psi. If I have it on 0 it will not do it even at wot going up hill towing a 7x14 box trailer, fuel pressure the same as above anywhere from 10 to 15 16. If I am going up the same hill doing the same thing if I reach up and turn it to 1 it will miss and buck like crazy. While it's doing that if I turn it back down to 0 it will stop missing immediately. Another thing I've been noticing is that if I have it on 0 and turn it up to 1 while driving I get a little surge of power which I think is normal, but if I go from 1 to any other level up from one I dont get any surge at all. It seams like all the other levels dont do anything. I am not sure if you can feel the diference in power levels or not I dont know anyone else who has the edge juice to compare it with.

I was playing with the truck today and noticed that my miss doesnt happen on level 0 I know alot of people say its fuel pressure, But I have the hot level(6) and it runs perfectly on that level also. I pretty sure its the box because if it was fuel pressure or the injecton pump it should be the worst on the hot level at wot. I wish edge would send my call tag so I can get it to them.
