Took box off question>?????

I have herd rumors of when you take a programmer/box off that you are more prone to tranny/ injection pump problems. Is this true?? Just curious???:thanks:

Actually the reverse...

When you put a programmer or enhancement box ON the truck you more prone to trans and injection pump problems.

Upgrade both your trans and fuel system and never worry about...

There are no worries about taking a box off. You can kill off an injection pump or transmission with a programmer, box, or stock. The best way to assure you do not hurt the truck is to make a plan for where you want to go as far as power and mods before spending any money. Then, start from the ground up, building a stout foundation for the power you are going to pour on later. This will keep you from breaking, and spending the money twice.
