Exhaust manifold

Ok, so I was looking under the hood the other day, and I noticed that my exhaust manifold has a crack about an inch long in it, so I started it up to see if it was cracked through, and sure enough, there came a little puff of smoke through. since I'm gonna have to replace it, is there any added value to getting an aftermarket manifold, and if so which one.

ATS makes a good one from what I hear but I wouldnt put any of their stuff on my truck...I'd recomend High Tech Turbo's 3 piece manifold...a 3 piece will lower your EGTs and cause better air flow for ya

My ATS manifold was purchased before pretty much anyone else was building a 3 piece. Absolutely NO problems with it to date. Never even had the issue that some had about the hardware loosening up on them.

I didn't even know they made headers for the diesels, where can you get them at?

ATS doesn't make horrible products, they just charge almost as much as banks. I've had good luck with ATS stuff. But will probably never buy from again, just because where to get products just as good, or better now.

Not really well said, I think I need to sober up again. This is how the post should have been.
