What is your fuel pressure at? Could be that the lift pump is shot.

yeah we need more info on what its doing. what are the egt's? does it smoke? what color is the smoke? does eveything look tight and connected under the hood?

check all electrical connections, both intercooler boost tubes, check for fuel leaks. Or just take it back to the shop and ask whats up.

Turbo Boost sensor voltage low is the map sensor. Does it throw that code all the time?

no i cleared all the codes about 2 days ago, but it hasnt came back on since. it used to come on and go off at different times. last night i was messing with it and with the programmer (edge juice with attitude) turned up to level 5, it doesnt even smoke at all.

Also, with the turbo not spooling up, I'd check the boots going to and from the intercooler. Probably not the problem, but I'd check anyways.

yep checked all those last night and all of them were tight. changed the map sensor and still didnt fix it. do you think my box could be fried and screwing the whole truck up? on stock, it wont even pull a hill at 75 it starts to bog down. we are going to look at the box and do some switching with one of my buddies who has the same box and see what that does. btw we put a smarty on level 8 on top of the edge juice and the smarty seems to be doing ok.
