Good deal????

I am looking to buy my first diesel. I have found '02 2500 Laramie SLT 4x4 Quad Cab with 67,500 miles. It has some upgrades:

BD exhaust manifold
BD Super B turbo
BD lift pump
Edge Juice and Attitude programmer and monitoring w/built-in turbo timer
AE 4" turbo-back exhaust
BD performance valve body
BD t-mission sump pan

2" Skyjacker level kit
Edelbrock Aluminum shocks

Price is $15,750. If it was a stock truck, I believe it is a good deal. Are these upgrades good? will I need to do more component upgrades to maximize the existing upgrades? What kind of fuel mileage am I looking at?

Thanks in advance

so they didn't add a convert to the mix? Stock injectors still? Seems like a decent price for the miles, but depends on how long they been on and how abused it is.

01 quad cab 4x4, edge drag comp, 4" exhaust, fass 150, 250 ddps, Jefferson State compounds 683hp so vp 11.91. AMSOIL front to rear. now back to stock 95 fummins in the works

It will need a Converter and thats not a lot of fuel for all that air...but I doubt that I will ever buy a truck that has been modded, unless I know everything about it and then id still be leary...

Sound like a good price, but like said above could have been beat on in those miles. Find out if it is the stock I/P. Check all the standards, f/p, front end, see if they have records. But for the mileage and mods that is a good price.
