P0216 Fuel Injection Pump Timing Failure (dead vp-44)
P0460 like you said fuel gauge
P1693 Companion codes
P1689 No Communication between ECM and Injection Pump Module.

You could have a short between the ECM and injection pump, or just something unplugged. I'd take a look and see if you can find anything that's unplugged. Hopefully that's what's throwing the p0216 code.

one thing that needs done to the vp is adding the ground to the system as they stock ground sucks. thats what causes a lot of the 1689's

01 quad cab 4x4, edge drag comp, 4" exhaust, fass 150, 250 ddps, Jefferson State compounds 683hp so vp 11.91. AMSOIL front to rear. now back to stock 95 fummins in the works
