Low Fuel Pressure during acceleration

Hi,
Just installed a Low Fuel Pressure gauge via a Blue Chip FMS box. Diagnostic checks - OK, but experiencing LOW FUEL PRESSURE during acceleration.

What gives? I would appreciate any advice. It is a weekend so cannot call Blue Chip till Monday.

Anyone else have the same experience? Please help. Thanks!

do you have anything other than the stock lift pump? If not it's time for a upgrade fass airdog raptor something that will supply enough fuel to keep up with the box.

the stock can barely keep up with a stock truck so it's just needing some fuel.

Your best to get a actual gauge that you can see... Because you want to keep the fuel pressure above 10 PSI...

At least you have pressure at all. I finally got the Juice hooked up last night, and I have 0.

That's why I suggest ot everyone to upgrade the fuel system before you EVEN think of adding a fueling box... Even before that add a set of gauges...

I think the bad part is everyone runs around with stock system wait for the Edge Juice and the OPPS I got nothing... I hate to say it a fuel pressure gauge is extremely cheap... $40 buck to install compared to a Edge product of $500-$600 bucks...

Yep, when I got my f/p gauge installed prior to any extra fueling I found 6 at idol and 0 at mild acceleration. Luck for me I was still under warranty. Since the FASS never goes below 15. Get the fuel system fixed before you hook up that box or you will need a new I/P.

Dirty fuel filter, clogged fuel line, or could be sucking air. check you filters and make sure they're tight. Also, check all you fittings. If it is sucking air, the pump should seem a little louder and make a kind of gurgling noise.
