compressed natural gas system?

I was thinking about buying a natural gas system for my truck to get some killer fuel mileage. I was thinking about going with the Natruell CNG system i read about in a diesel power magazine. Has anyone have any experiece with these systems or have one in thier truck?
ho much fuel mileage is gained?
what happens when the gas tank runs out ?
what happeneds if the electronics fail?
how long does a tank of natural gas last in comparison to a tank of diesel?
hopefully someone can answer a few of my questions.

Yeah like most on LPG (Propane) claim 35-40 MPG... But after you figure in the fuel consumed in LPG or CNG your going to find out it not that high...
