Problems With 01

This has been going on for a while now ,thought I could fix it but. Here goes eng. is slugesh when shifting gears rpm drop like a rock,before you can shift from 3rd to 4th it has fallen all the way to idle.When coming to red light you kick it in neutral, rpm will fall below 600 then surge up and down a couple times if you have A/C on it will almost die. Put new APPS on yesterday no help, had eng. scanded and it says the cam sensor is not working so replaced, still says not working. Unpluged the Edge Ez and no help. Vp is about 2 years old and been running two stroke.

I'm going to have to say the Cam Sensor is the cause of it yet...

The ECM controls the governor (idle rate) by looking at the RPM's given by then Cam Sensor so if the cam sensor is feeding poor value then the ECM is going to be able to control the idle rate very well...

(Yes... JL did talk to me on the phone about this too)

He had mention there was a Cam Sensor code and replaced it and now its back... (Shrug smiley)

man i feal ya... i put 12 injection pumps on. it ended up being in the fuel tank.does your fuel gage stay up all time.i got app sen for sale and ho vp 44 pump and some other stuff if you no any body

What do you mean by it ended up being in the fuel tank?

your problems

I got an used maps sensen. i can send to you and if the fixes then just buy it from me. my problem was ,there was sand ,mud and other **** in then fuel filter canster and return line.then i drop the tank and the fuel tank moduel filter screan was stop up and coming apart ,in the the complet inside on the unite was full of ****,so i took it apart,the bottom came off and one side had springs and some kind of plunger i put it back to gether but i dont know if i put the spring part right but it is still running right.

O forgot,do you thank you mite b staving for air.clugg filter or air to air rumber boats scuking shut.just some ides,am tring to help.where are you located
