Aftermarket transmission choices

So I lost second gear on my truck the other day. I've decided on a Goerend, HTS, or suncoast. Anybody have any helpful opinions on these?

Goerend gets my vote. Best bang for the buck. Mine has been flawless.

I know a lot of people that had good luck with hts too, but goerend seems to have the best warranty and track record.

I guess I should have said what I plan on doing with it. Mostly just a daily driver for now, but I plan on putting a lot more HP to it when funds are available. Then I will drag race in the summers. If they ever get a tractor pull up here I will want to do that to. I knew those injectors were gonna finish it off! I was pretty easy on her too, kept the smarty on level 1 the whole time I had the new injectors in...

I see your not considering ats and that is a very good thing. I have a ats stage 5 in my truck and it was the biggest waste of 8200.00 dollars in my life. Not to mention there warrenty is terrible. I have less then 12,ooo miles on the tranny and the billut input shaft let go about 2 months ago. I did all the labor myself to safe them that money and they wouldnt warrenty the shaft for me. Its unreal. I will never buy an ats product ever again and i am just givin you the heads up so you dont waste your hard earned money like i did. Go with suncoast. I have alot of friends running suncoast and they make an excellent tranny and warrenty ever part unlike ats
