Air Dog 150

I decided Im done battleing warrantys on stock lift pumps. I ordered a air dog 150 today, any tips on install or is it pretty basic?

2013 Ram 3500 Crew 6.7L 6x6 auto

11 Chevy 1500 ext 4x4 5.3L

07 3500 Crew 6x6 6.7L 6spd manual Edge Juice w/attitude, banks ram air box, 4'' exhaust, egr delete, south bend dual disk, boss 9' 2'' power v

Dads Ride 04 3500 Crew 4x4 5.9L Auto Larime 5'' exhaust, air bags

Bros ride 04 3500 Crew 6x6 5.9L Auto Stock

00 3500 Ext cab Dually 3.55 gears, 4'' MBRP, K&N, edge juice w/ attitude, rev maxx stage 4 converter, custom built tranny, Air Dog 150

98 3500 Ext cab Dually 3.55 gears handshaker, 4 into 5 exhust, edge juice w/att, BHAF

Pretty basic, just follow the directions and you'll be good. Got any questions just post. There are numerous people who have them including me.

the day i graduated high school
i ordered one for my 12v today too but i agree with carbur8tr and everyone else that told me that their pretty basic and thats one reason i went with a upgrade fuel system bc the warrenty because bout a week ago my transfer pump went out and im like well im gonna dish it out and get one!! but where is yours commin from?

97' Cummins 2500 Gauges from glowshift (EGT, boost) Fuel pressure gauge from auto-meter. Stage 2 airbox, boost elbow, barrels & plungers turned.Custom fuel plate,Airdog 150gph.AFC mods & 3K GSK.SDX injectors (stage 3 140hp).Drilled wastegate.Converted to a NV4500 with a double disc. Being restored from the ground up


01' Cummins 2500 (dads) with a Hotrod pump,100hp injectors, Fass 150, Edge juice with attitude,also plug and power chip,stage 2 ice box,4 1/2 exgaust pipe,HX40

Make sure your batterys terminals are spotless. It draws alot of power. Dirty termnials=resistance.

the 150 is overkill for anything under 450hp I'd say. You could run a 100 and not have to drop the tank.

XDP has it back ordered 7- 10 days and the russel fitting for the fuel pressure the dont have a time frame

does anyone know anything a bout a fuel heater? I seen some of the fass pumps have a heater what for, should I be concerned?

i ordered mine from XDP too but yea im needin isolator to stop the gauge from killin itself. i got a fuel pressure gauge from glowshift they got the wireing harnness and the sendin unit but does anyone have any idea's bout it?

Might be true... But becareful during the install on the stock sebder most all air leaks are right at the snap on fitting. Most people are starting to hose clamp onto the plastic nipple.

But Since the AD 150 is usually the same price of the AD 100 why not...

ol right ill have to get some clamps!! and can you get the needle valve at any hardware store or would i have to order it from a company?

That is exactly what I did. That adapter quick connect they give you sucks. It causes air in the fuel for sure.
