98 no. 99 very rare. 2000 w/ the 6 speeds are kind of rare.

Wish I could find a nice one, I like the pre 2000 wheels that came on the 2500's better.

Those wheels will fit on your truck. Keep an eye on craigslist or ebay, or post in here. They are the same bolt pattern, just a different style.

The truck in my sig is actually my dads truck. I did that because I had posted some questions on here about it. I'm still looking for my cummins.

get a 2001/2002 and swap wheels or get a 98-00 and swap transmissions and flywheel.

I think the first option would be easier and cheaper.

00-02 axles were made to fit AL rims. They are made differenet and 94-99 rims don't fit. Even the front axle shafts are different as well. A 2000 w/ a NV5600 aka ETC/DEE is going to be a hard truck to come by.

Yeah, the older brakes won't clear the rims. Years ago, I looked at a 2000 6spd ETC. Really wish I would've bought that truck. They are out there though, just have to look a bit. I just happened to stumble across that truck while shopping for the 24v I have now.

Really? So the older style steel wheels with the chrome 'covers' won't fit on 2000 and up? I had no Idea. I had actually been looking for a set for my 2000. Glad you said something, and now I feel stupid for giving wrong information!
