operating tempeture

99 stock dodge 2500 , only mod is bhaf. 5 spd manual 5.9l 24v what is normal operating tempeture under normal driving conditions anyone have any idea im running around 160 or so

thats pretty cool. Mine runs around 180-190 might want to make sure your truck has a t-stat in it

01 quad cab 4x4, edge drag comp, 4" exhaust, fass 150, 250 ddps, Jefferson State compounds 683hp so vp 11.91. AMSOIL front to rear. now back to stock 95 fummins in the works

yea...mine runs 180-195 as well...the thermostat could be stuck open

A Cummins is made to run at 194 degrees, that is the optimum temp running it cold is not good for it.
