Keeping the batteries charged

Does anyone know if the, small, inexpensive, Battery Tenders that Harbor Freight sells will work to keep the batteries charged? My truck sits for a week or two at a time and I'd like to mount a Battery Tender under the hood. I only need it during the colder months and will plug it in when I plug the block heater in.
I use Battery Tenders for my tractor, backhoe, riding mower and boat, during the cooler months, when I'm not using them, and haven't had to replace a battery for years. I just don't know if they will work on a vehicle with two batteries.
If the Harbor Freight ones won't work what would the minumum requirements be?
