the day i graduated high school
P1693 and P0237 on 2000 Cummins

Well the title says it! Got a 00' Cummins with 5speed. Im thinking the P0237 is the MAP sensor voltage is too low and im not sure on the other one. All help is appricated! Thanks guys!

97' Cummins 2500 Gauges from glowshift (EGT, boost) Fuel pressure gauge from auto-meter. Stage 2 airbox, boost elbow, barrels & plungers turned.Custom fuel plate,Airdog 150gph.AFC mods & 3K GSK.SDX injectors (stage 3 140hp).Drilled wastegate.Converted to a NV4500 with a double disc. Being restored from the ground up


01' Cummins 2500 (dads) with a Hotrod pump,100hp injectors, Fass 150, Edge juice with attitude,also plug and power chip,stage 2 ice box,4 1/2 exgaust pipe,HX40

1693 is a generic code to tell that a problem has been detected and recorded, then your problem code flashes, in your case 0237.

yea 1693 is companion and 0237 is Map Voltage, clear them see if it pops up again, did you do anything to the truck? box wise, or has it had a smoke switch installed?

the day i graduated high school
Thanks guys, When the guy first got the truck it had a chip from edge (you could move the wires and set them on how you wanted the fuel and power) shortly after that he had to get a lift pump and when he got the new lift pump, he took off the chip from edge and added a power puke chip.Then after a few months the injection pump went bad, so he got a stock replacement pump and added a edge ez (i think) thats about the time the codes popped up but hes looking for torque to haul the camper to the beach and back.
