Ok guys i got 0216 now and 0230. I know 0216 is pump and truck has 223k and this is origianal pump. Its been a time bomb! What is the 0230 exactly i know it tranfer pump signal but whats details on it! Could ecm be junk?

04 smarty beta 4.4 and mp-8 , superchip stickers on the windows. SOLD
Wifes 04.5 4x4 smarty and dr p box exhaust intake and new rubber 502-1162 as of 12-02-09 With mostly stock tranny. Suncoast converter and valve body.
Dad 08 swb 4x4 h&s 5in turbo back egr block edge hot unlock and crappy clutch
98 12v 5spd 4.10s bhaf, exhaust, fuel plate, 4k gsk, timing, pump mods, and 300s Studs, o-ringed head, 3 piece manifold and 5in KDP tabbed, 60lb springs, titanium keepers
Moms 03 6spd- intake, smarty jr!!
01 reg cab dually 4x4 5spd bhaf raptor 150 and comp box Farmboy 5in 2in steel spacers for the rear with 6 new 305s! injectors on the way!!!!!

well you have no lift pump on the truck right now right? I'd get a new raptor clear codes and see what happens...

if the truck runs and you still have em try taking off the comp and see what happens...

Well truck runs fine but its like lp starts cuttin fuel back but when it runs bad its just like ip going out it wont spin over 1500 or so and it will bang out. I took lp off today and hard wired it and it works fine. I got it friday from pureflow. Doesnt lp get signal from ip. When it started last night i took comp off and i have had wire tap unplugged for a while. Wheres moparman at? Its like i want to say ip is on crack and sending lp the finger!

I talked to folks at pureflow again and are welcome to send me another pump but i dont think thats it. I went over harness for raptor and everything. Im lost. I had to get it towed home and today when i was messing with it i started it up and its like nothin ever happened! So if it was lp why would it work just some times.

As for P0230 code that is saying the lift pump is open or shorted out basically. (Current flow is to high or low). Lift pump is wired directly to the ECM.

Whats your fuel pressure like?

As for the P0216 code the timing advancement cam is failed and stuck in full retard mode. No repairing this... Time for a VP44.
