Cool boost elbow

I have a 2001 cummings and was looking at some earlier post of the boost elbow and dont make sense of where it goes . Does any body have a video on this couldnt get the old post to open up. And is it worth it? Also i have edge with att. fass fuel 150 setting on edge is 5x5 and tranny is been set up to handle it.

if you have the factory turbo with an automatic you cannot use a boost elbow since the wastegate tube is built into the houseing that turbo is the hy35 if oyu have a hx35 off of a stick truck then you can use it. the little roundthing on the turbo closest to the motor thats the wastgate that line that goins into the compressor housing theres a fitting there, unskrew the old one and skrew the new one in and have fun. they are worth it to me i have one on mine before i would hit 23psi and ok powerthen i put the elbow on now im hitting 35psi and she screams

Ol ok, its right above the bottom intercooler line and theres a rubber hose connected to it. But if its a automatic your gonna have to have a J-hook and the boost elbow wont work on it.

You have 3 options:

1. Bully Dog J-Hook
2. Do a Turnbuckle Mod
3. Get a real turbo
