Ok guys got my truck back together with new ip. In the process of being tore down i got som 1.6s from flux there like 90hp. I got truck up and running now o got a ruff idle its kinda lopey. At any rpm its smooth as silk. Not hazy or nothing. Has anybody noticed this. I started taking them out tonight gonna take them tomorow to get pop tested. Does this sound normal. I double checked keyway in pump gear. I took it by local performance shop and they told me its because i didnt get them pop test and pressures are off on them. Is this right. I also did big line kit and i can get it to quit leaking. Its leaking from fitting in ip. The paper said no teflon on it but looks like i might have to!

Don't use the T-tape... You need to get a new sealing washer...

Did you get a full set of injectors from F1 diesel, or were they used from someone else? IIRC F1 sets there pop pressure to 280 bar so I would give them a call and double check. If they were just the tips, i didnt think F1 sold just tips for the vp trucks.
