I believe the limits really will depend on the fuel you are running as much as the amount of boost. What blows head gaskets is cylinder pressure. So if you create more cylinder pressure the gaskets will blow at some point. So if you run 50 psi on stock to low fuel increase program you most likely will be fine. Now run 50 psi and run the fuel up hard and she is going to let loose. I know this is not a fixed in place answer but I do not know of anyone who has run the boost up and got after the fuel hard to see what they will live with.

Since you brought up No Limits truck you seem to have misunderstood the orginal question.

"w/stock bolts " being the key phrase!

No Limits truck has head studs and I have heard that Kyle does as well but do not know that for sure.

Ya but he's not putting the fuel to it, gets a good puff starting & cleans up instantly.

I'm not worried in the least bit with my set-up, just thinking ahead towards future mods
