Do you have code numbers?
Is it DEF or DPF problems? DPF's WILL plug if engines are not worked hard to get exhaust temps high enough to burn the soot out of the DPF. Tell the drivers to drive with a lead foot. Idling time is the worst and I imagine a school bus has plenty of idling. Does the bus have a high idle feature to raise the rpm's if it has to be idled for any length of time?
