help please

08 f350 heat is only blowing warm while on the throttle when at idle blows cool air ! Do these things have a heater control valve ? Or what else could be the issue and how do I fix this ! Signed very cold lol

you dont say how many miles. first thing is it full of coolant? remember that diesel engine will cool down a lot at idle. a throttle kicket might help. is the water circulationg good? head gaskets? water pump? need to look at some more
