Power Steering / Brake Issue

I have a 2008 F-350 6.4 2wd with 71,000miles....Has anyone ever experienced the steering wheel move a small amount when the brake pedal is pressed. This happens while the truck is at idle or at slow speed (under 20mph). The quicker you depress the brake pedal the more noticeable it is. This truck is only used for pulling a gooseneck so it does sit for weeks at a time. Not sure if that could have contributed to the problem.

I did a search on this and could not find any other threads that address this type issue.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Both the steering and the brakes are helped out by the power steering pump. This gives you the boost needed to turn and brake without standing on the brakes and needing a death grip on the wheel. The two are tied together.

Thanks, I was just wondering if this sounded like an internal leak of some sort that is allowing fluid to bypass from one system to the other.
