30,000 vs 33,000 GCWR

The Ford F450 chassis cab has a max GCWR of 30,000 the F550 has a max GCWR of 33,000. What is the difference that makes the difference?

Also what are the components of the high capacity trailer tow package that increase the GCWR from 26,000 to 30k or 33k?

the F550 has a double framed chassis and the F450 doesn't.
