Prices

I live in NJ and was looking at buying a 08. Anyway I was wondering what kind of prices u were seeing. Today I went and looked at a f250 CC SB w/ fx4 package, leather interior, pretty much fully loaded sticker price was like $53,000.

I dont know why so much, i built a 350 dually online and could have it delivered to my local dealer for 46,000. And it was fully loaded with DVD and GPS Navigation. I wonder why it would be such a difference, you dealer must want to make a huge penny off the new trucks.

Also i dont like the warrenty, the way i drive my warrenty would be out in a year.

TrailerTrash,

I think HARLEY6LF250SDU could help you out. It can be delivered. But you might need to give you right one

The new warranty?? The 3/36k is just the bumper to bumper like it has always been, but i think it's 5/60 now like it is on my new mustang.

By the time I pay the exchange rate, taxes, duty, and all the other BS fees, and then drive state side to pick it up, it'll be about the same or cheaper to get it locally, and it's not such a hastle, or kilometers (miles). Not that I'm saying it would be a hastle to deal with Randy, but it would be a hastle to swap out the dash. Besides my local dealer "promised" to give me a "good" price on one. I can't help but wonder if the price is good for me, or for the dealership?

In west lafayette, IN they have an FX4 that's pretty maxed out for $46k, an xlt @ $44k, a lariat w/o the diesel upgrade for $42k and a gasser xl for ~$35k.

After checking the prices around my way and options, If I do buy a 08 I'm gonna get it from Randy and probaly wont decide till after the summers over. I want to see how these trucks perform in real life before I stick 45-50k out on it. Cant wait to see my co workers faces when a 20yr. old kid pulls up in a brand new superduty.
