Well my 4 Wheel Drive isn't working, I don't think the limited slip differential is working right, and one of the power ports isn't working properly. I am Spartan Tuned and honestly I don't have the time to put everything back to stock. So I'll be taking mine in loaded up. However my dealer has told me numerous times as long as the modifications did not break what needs to be worked on under warranty it is not a problem. Will see. They better cut me some slack with as many vehicles my company has bought from them over the years.

Ford has cracked down pretty hard on mods. It depends more on the dealer. Mine said we won't tell but if asked then see ya.

Depends if it is driveline related Surveyor you'd be fine, b/c the tuner isn't what tore up that stuff...well maybe the limited slip

I can see them saying "the extra power caused the damage because the driveline wasn't designed for anything more than 350/650". Good luck, I'm pretty sure Ford won't send a rep out for a limited slip issue. If they do, ask your dealer to give you a heads up first so you can bring the truck back at a later time.

I know that my dealership has threatened me over and over that if I touch the truck in any way VOID is what they will do to me. I personally think that we pay for the trucks and warranty and we should be able to change minor stuff without problems. Good Luck.

If the dealer says they cant fix your powerport or your 4wd because of your tuner tell them to jump off a bridge obviously a tuner has NOTHING to do with either of them..

If it's an EPA 2007 or newer diesel (6.4L in the case of a Ford), the dealer (actually Ford) has the upper hand if there are ANY modifications to the drivetrain and specifically performance mods like tuning.

The EPA declares any vehicle that has modifications that alter, remove or disable ANY emissions control device, the OEM can void your warranty, period.
