Progams ?

Is there a program out that will allow me to run a fuel economy program when running empty but then allow me to switch to a tow mode through maybe by flipping on one of my upfitter switches.

No, the only thing you can do like that is get the Edge, it's completely adjustable on the fly, but the tranny really doesn't like Edge.
