Decoding vin's?

A used car has this 08 crew dually sport on the lot, but its at a gm dealer and they apparently dont know jack. It says " leather, heated seats, pw,pdl, etc..." says nothing about the gears, tow package or anyoptions...

Anyway i know you type in the vin on GM stuff and reprint the build sheet. Does ford have something like this..

A Ford dealer can run an "as built" sheet from the VIN.
