Did you check the Pressure sensor on the DPF/DOC? I would check all the sensors just in case.

You never know, the plastic part of the Pressure Sensor just pops right off of the Metal Part. It should be fine unless you notice something is wrong.

how cold is cold? If I start mine (Not plugged in) -10c and lower it sounds really rough for about 20 seconds then it clears up, if it does that sometimes it throws a code or two.

mine will be prob about 20degrees F for maybe lower but if its any lower than that unplugged then it starts a lil rough then smooths out but throws the code im sure its somethin not to worry about cuz no one has chimed in and said itll mess somethin up lol. cuz if its plugged in or warmer out theres no code thrown just wonderin if its drawin more air then stock upon start up becasue its cranked up on the 250hp tune and has the S&B intake so its readin too much airflow because the code pertains to MAP/Exhaust pressure sensor
