Angry 2nd Break In

Well, back at the end of September, I posted that my truck was braoken into. Finally got everything for my sound system put back together last week. (Pioneer Sirius interface was on back order) So went to Houston stayed at hotel for my daughters competition and was broken into Friday night. They went throught he lock on drivers side again. I am thinking about putting the handles from the back doors on the front to eliminate the key lock from being an entry point. Any suggestions? I having a Crimestopper 2-way w/LCD put in as soon as it gets back from the body shop. This is before I re-install my system for the third time. Anyone else had a problem with this?:

Jimmi Jammers. It is a plate placed behind the handles to deflect screw drivers etc.
Sorry to hear about the brake in

That sucks! Been thinking of inventing a spring-tensioned baseball bat that swings under the truck, whacking the perpetrator on the shins when they try to forcefully open any door. That would be awesome!

I'm a fan of leaving it unlocked so at least they don't wreck the door or break out windows.

Go with the rear door handles up front -- I have this setup with Jimmi Jammers and no problems since, after 2 previous break ins. It's sad to say, but you need to make your's harder than the other trucks to break into.

Yea a Baseball bat would work but a .45 would leave a better blood trail!

sorry for youre experiences.

I too was broken into <all they wanted was the aftermarket pioneer radio>...
i DID NOT install a new radio until AFTER i had my alarm in, jimmi jammers installed
and door lock/tumblers disconnected.

the aftermarket head units are easliy removed, unfortunately.

Now i remove the face of my new pioneer & i leave NOTHING in view (except the
blinking alarm light).

Ive "marked" my key hole such that its OBVIOUS to anyone that walks up that
something is "different" and some attn has been given to my door handles & locks.

i also had my front windows tinted to 18% (makes it harder for anyone to see in)
and ive got limo tint over the factory 25% rear doors and rear glass...its almost
impossible to see IN the back windows.

Ive also added another measure to prevent drive off...

I need some sort of 240V shock system that turns on when alarm is activated. I think that was used in a Bond flick.
