Exclamation Getting a list. Coolant loss. Those Affected Please List.

I'm not starting this thread to have people turn it into a blashing forum. Trying to get more info of testing and work done to the trucks to try to fix.

If Ford wont step to the plate then we have to make them. The more info we have the better prepared we are.

Forcefed6.4ford Job #1 Lossing coolant with all tunes but stock.
-My truck has had a radiator go in the winter of 08. Didnt get any fluid loss until I pulled my trailer (15,000lbs) and heard a pop nder the hood. Coolant forced up through the degas cap. Has puked coolant ever since unless the truck is stock.
-Trouble shooting to date. 2 coolant flushes, 4 count em 4 coolant system pressure tests. All passed. Last one was on for 12hrs. No pressure loss. Replaced 3 degas caps. Filed down the plastic burr in the fill neck on the degas bottle. EGR valve replace this week. Will load tunes and see what happens after talking with dealersip over there mistake on Monday.

Lets just say not quite stock.

Im affected, and as stated in the other two threads regarding this issue ive tried a few things, i dont think ford needs to step to the plate since they dont do it stock thereby absolving them of any blame imho, however im pretty disappointed nobody has figured it out yet, im nearly certain its heads/ head gaskets tho.

pulling with the higher tune, when I let off the throttle, I could hear a sound...deeper and more quiet than the intake, and sounded like a faint tone...like when the trailer is disconnected, or you're low on fuel. Tunes out it could see the white "crust" of the coolant around my degas

I have gone through porbably 30-40 gallans of coolant and water in the past 6months....

-went through a rad prior to puking
-installed Venturi T
-They did pressure tests (twice)
-Replaced part of the Waterpump housing and thermostat
-Also tested the EGR coolers
-Replaced cap and degass bottle

I almost think that a have another rad problem, either that or when it pukes it some how get on the lower rad hose, haven't really checked it out yet

I put it back to stock a few days ago and I can make it puke stock now also.... so I am going to drive it for awhile to get a few cycles in it then take it back in and see cause I am getting real tired of buying coolant

What else have I forgot???
