Exhaust cleaning

Just wondering how offten the exhaust is supposed to clean. My trucks done it 3 times in the last 1000 miles. The truck only has about 18000 miles on it.

before i deleted mine, it would regen about once every tank, whick was about every 400-450 miles

Thats cause you run a tuner and no Deletes. pst, take it off.

mine does it every 150-200 miles with no programer, that's about normal if you have the latest calibration.

Original programming was around 600 miles. However consumers had problems allowing the cycle to finish, if never allowed to finish the cycle eventually has to be reset by the chop techs. This caused many complaints. I believe the regen is now programmed to perform the cycle more frequently thus allowing for a greater chance of completion.

We have problems at work due to the work trucks never get over 35 mph...MP had some big problems at first. But they solved the problem....more of Post driving!

I go about every other tank or so approx 400-500 miles between regens. When it was brand new it was about every 200 for a while. Once the mileage got above 10,000 it got better. Hope that helps you.

i had 36k before i tuned it and it would regen about every 200 miles. it sucked.!
