I've heard you Just jack up the rear of the truck so the axle drops down a bit. Then you should be able to pull it out.

i put mine on in the driveway. I just lowered the spare tire and took of the heat shield off and jacked the rear right side of the truck up about a foot. Everything came out in one piece. Hope this helps.

I pulled the entire exhaust out from the rear over the axle in one piece. If you have at least a 6" lift you can do the same.

Take out the spare tire and slightly bend the exhaust shield, then loosen the clamp in front of the muffler and split it there with a dead blow hammer, and take out over the axle. Bend the exhaust shield back to where it was. Unplug all your sensors and pry off the rubber hangers before loosening the down pipe, and pull it back past the transmission/transfer case mount and lower it to the floor. Do not let the DPF/CAT roll over and bend your probes and sensors. Install is much easier.

He already has delete pipes in. Hes just changing the DPF back exhaust. Those stupid heat sheilds are really sharp. I cut my hands and fingers up several times on it.

My buddy did MBRP with his lifted truck. He just took off the shock and was able to pull the stock pipes out.

I cut mine above the tips and slid it forward. I was going to do that anyway and shorten it because the gooseneck hitch dropped the exhaust 3" and it looked stupid.

With my 6" lift I didn't have to cut, bend or jack anything up... Everything just slid out
